Ann Taves ~ Material Religions

Ann Taves is Professor of Religious Studies at the University of California Santa Barbara. In 2010, she served as President of the American Academy of Religion. She has published numerous books and articles on religious experience, theory of religion, and the cognitive science of religion. Taves is faculty advisor of the Religion, Experience, and Mind Lab Group at UCSB.
