Simon Coleman is Chancellor Jackman Professor at the Department for the Study of Religion, University of Toronto. He is the co-editor of the journal Religion and Society: Advances in Research and co-editor of the book series Routledge Studies in Pilgrimage, Religious Travel, and Tourism. Previously, he has been editor of the Journal of the Royal Anthropological Institute. He has carried out fieldwork in Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria. His most recent book is The Anthropology of Global Pentecostalism and Evangelicalism, co-edited with Rosalind Hackett, New York University Press, 2015.
