Alexander Darius Ornella is a Lecturer in Religion at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Hull (UK). He is also the Director of the School's Centre for Spirituality Studies. He received his doctorate in Catholic Theology from the University of Graz (Austria). Currently, he is working on the sport of CrossFit as meaningful and meaning making practice.
